It’s Effective
In the past nine years, the Gospel has transformed communities and changed lives in Ethiopia. In 2011:
40 churches were established,
35,000 people heard the Gospel, and
2,900 received the Lord as their Savior.
Imagine what the future will look like?
Cultural and language barriers are much less of an obstacle for indigenous Church Planters. The cost to support an Ethiopian Church Planter is far less than sending an American missionary.
It’s Necessary
Even though much progress has been made, there is still more to do. Church Planters have proven leadership skills and Bible School training, but more than that, they have a contagious passion for the lost and hurting people in Ethiopia.
There are still entire communities that have never heard about Jesus. It’s necessary that we share this passion in reaching them with His grace and love.
It’s Rewarding
Not everyone can cross oceans and cultural differences to effectively reach the lost. By partnering with Ethiopian Church Planters through financial and prayer support, you are participating in the Great Commission to go out and make disciples of all nations!
